Founded in 1993, Acoustique SM was Groupe Mayer’s first company. At its beginnings, it specialized in interior and acoustic systems. It has earned a place of choice in the Outaouais region with its unique expertise in gypsum installation and plastering.
Today, Acoustique SM launches Acoustic Architecture, which allows it to improve its service offer in order to adapt to the needs of its increasingly diversified clientele.
Pride in giving back to our community
Groupe Mayer is actively involving its employees in a process of giving back to the community. Each year, employees can choose a non-profit organization whose cause is close to their heart and then the members of the social involvement committee organize the participation of employees who wish to join the project. Below are few examples of supported organizations:
- Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for the benefit of the Gatineau Health Foundation;
- Ottawa Heart Institute;
- Renovations to the Mathieu-Froment-Savoie house;
- Dragon Boat Race to benefit the CARMEN Centre;
- RX1 Nation Obstacle Course Race;
- Pat-Burns Foundation;
- Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s Robe Rouge Gala.
